Sprouts has always been a great place to shop, in person or via delivery. Produce and service have always been great. Today was a different experience for me. I placed my order for pickup and went to collect my items but the "4 parking spaces" were not available. I called the store to notify them that I was there but parked in a different spot and the young woman who answered was not very kind. She immediately reminded me that there were designated spaces and I advised her that they were not available. She was a bit sassy and stated that "they've been available". I was not about to waste my time and argue. A very kind young man came out with my groceries and I pointed towards the parking lot and informed him that the spaces were not available when I parked. One person had just reversed...so one did become available but I was already parked elsewhere. He apologized for the inconvenience but it was not his fault. I know some people will park where they are not supposed to and may cause an issue. I just don't think a bad attitude is a solution to this or any issue. I just wanted to get the groceries I paid for. Thank you.

Sprouts has an amazing selection of high quality products and affordable pricing! Whenever I'm in McAllen I always make a stop there. They have high quality products and foods at great and as mentioned before affordable pricing. Great customer service also!

Sprouts Farmers Market is located in a side shopping strip on the north side of the Lowe's Home Improvement store on North 10th in McAllen. This was my first time to go. I found the store welcoming, pleasant. It is one of the cleanest, prettiest, and well ordered grocery store I've entered. It is not as big as some of their competition, but what they do is done very well. I was offered help by more than one employee. They were friendly and helpful. Sprouts is known for offering more organic foods, allergen-free, gluten-free, and vegan options than other places. I have a family member that cannot eat gluten, so I was pleased to find her a gluten-free Dutch apple pie and some brownies she can eat for Thanksgiving. I don't have dietary restrictions- and found some delicious cookies for me, and scones for my wife. Sprouts has the most beautiful produce department I've seen. Everything looked super fresh. Their meat department offered cuts if meat, poultry, salmon and more... and they even had pre seasoned, grill-ready meats. The deli had some amazing food options, and fresh sandwiches made to order. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One of the few natural grocery stores in the valley. 🌴 They stock amazing produce, organic & exotic, healthy snacks, unique bevergaves & so many products that may not be perfect but they beat the poison ☠️🏥 sold at the big box places. Don’t get me wrong - this store can break the bank for some. But you get what you pay for. Prioritize what is important and make a sacrifice for your family. If your kids have autism or adhd etc choosing snacks without dyes has helped us tremendously. Worth the investment saves on medical. -organic 🍆🍑🍓🍒🥑 -healthy snacks 🥨🥟🫒🍿 -immune support 🍊🍋🍋‍🟩 -no HFCS ❌☠️ -no dyes & artificial flavors ❌🏭🖍️ -natural breads 🍞🥖🥐 -functional foods 🫐🍓☕️ -superfoods 🥜🌰🍒🥝🥥🫐 -healthy & safe alternatives ☕️🫖🧉 -natural remedies 🌿🪴🧄🍵 💸💸 But it is pricey. This is a small store. They still have a lot to offer. Fresh seafood, beef and more. Vegetables that no one carries. Lots of organic items. Their prices are higher than other stores. We always check the clearance area. They charge for their usable bags so bring your own. We were there on a Saturday and they were trying to stock the shelves. Boxes all over the floors.
